I only need to take one a day. These things are powerful. Take one in the a.m. and it really keeps me alert controls my hunger, which allows me to do better on my intermittent fasting.(this is not for a free bottle or a coupon. I just wanted to give an honest review. Great product.)

Has definitely cured my appetite and helped me shed water weight in the first few days of use and enabled me to do my cardio fasted in the mornings looking forward to the final results

So far I’ve liked this product. Doesn’t leave you feeling jittery or anything. Haven’t notice weight loss yet, but do feel like I’ve been hungry less and able to curb cravings.

Feel like it readies me for workout when take 30 min prior. No jitteriness.

I lost no weight! All this did was keep me up at night so I took it during the day. It just made my stomach hurt and made me feel sick all day!!! One source said the weightloss industry makes $billions$ on products that do NOT work!! Nothing worked for me except THERMO GAIN from GNC which they do not make anymore! This product had HUGE red and blue capsules that took half my belly fat away. I was huge and did not realize it. I just imagined I was a locomotive with a huge boiler in front of me. Finally someone spike up in the office, felt pity and said "you got a big belly"! Doctors do not care. As long as you are alive, they make $money$!! Now there is THERMO SHRED. That too does not work. The only thing that worked not long ago was SLIMMING TEA from WISH. I add apple cider vinegar and lost 9 lbs but gained it all back somehow. Or apple cider vinegar with green tea plus much cardiovascular workout on the stride machine made me lose weight! But it all came back somehow. Nothing works. Basically nothing!! One bottle at Walmart said STORED BELLY FAT. That is what I have but again that too did not work. Thd day you actually make an effective weightloss product, you let me know. To whom it may concern: The Testosterone booster has been a benefit since taking the first capsule. I can tell a difference when I stop taking the capsule, a little slower, a little weaker, a little less as a whole.
It's now a regime for me.

Works good. Gives me energy to get through my workout but it’s a little too strong for me. I can only take 1 a day.

It gives me just enough extra energy without the jitters. It's good stuff.

I'm a 38 y/o male. Been hitting the gym for over one year steady, however I have NOT seen much results on losing my stubborn belly fat, even tho I did drop from 212 to 182. So i decided to try some weight loss supplements. This is in fact my first time taking weight loss pills. These product has done wonders. My belly fat has started to finally disappear and now I'm at 175lbs. But I must warn, if you really want to achieve good results you must work out HARD, (I see a lot of people at the gym and almost nobody is even sweating). Also very important: diet. Don't starve tho. Don't put unhealthy snacks into your body, avoid sugars as much as possible and fast food (eww). Gradually try intermittent fasting. Learn something about nutrition and get to know your own body. These supplements ain't magic. You must do your part.

The bottle arrived damaged and the top was unsealed. I requested a new bottle but have yet to hear back from the company

This thermogenic fat burner is a great mix of energy and thermo. It’s not like some fat burners where you feel like your going to shake so much you rattle your limbs off or sweat to the point your uncomfortable to move. It’s a great balance.
