Day 9 Magic. IB says 3 weeks, I noticed slight improvement starting in 3 days, but the magic hit hard yesterday on day 9. Urgency near nil, dribbles virtually eliminated, bladder emptier easier, and I didn't get up last night for the first time in forever. Peed easily once this morning, not four times and still some pressure.

Started because my older brother is facing surgery now after a couple of years of drugs to manage symptoms of BPH. Those drugs make it easier to urinate, but do nothing for the prostate which is the root problem.

He is not getting up as much as he did before he took these pills. I wish he could go 11 to 7 without having to get up.

Purchased this a few weeks ago and I can’t believe how effective it’s been in reducing night time trips to the bathroom.

I’ve used several other prostate support formulas over the years but this one definitely works the best!

It’s costs a little more than most but the quality and effectiveness makes it worth it.

As I age, I’ve had issues with urinary flow and needing to go in the middle of the night. I decided to try these out as they are meant to alleviate some of those issues. I can’t speak to efficacy just yet, but will update when I can. What I can speak to are the ingredients, which are all natural and proven natural remedies. The dosages are all well within safe and expected limits, and it carries an NPN. It is a well known manufacturer and the product seems to reflect that. The pills are large but easy to swallow and produce no ill effects that I have noticed. It suggests taking them with food to avoid stomach problems, but I haven’t had any problems at all even if I forget to eat with them. Overall they seem like a great product, and I will give them four stars. If they seem to work for their intended purpose over time, I will update to a fave star.

Longevity in the sport will be dictated by how regimented we are with training, dieting but most importantly, how healthy our internal organs will remain over the course of a career.
