With my regimen, I was seeing some results and I got curious if I added on something like this that is stimulant-free. It does help a bit but obviously not the results of one with stimulants. I have anxiety/sensitivity issues with caffeine and stimulants so this was a good alternative!
This stuff is pretty good gets the sweat rolling especially if takin 30 min before good gym session not as good and the stim version but great for still taking pre workout!!

When I am doing a cardio session in the afternoon or early evening, this is a perfect supplement to use as this product is stimulant free. I don't have my sleep impacted yet I can reap the benefits of the product's ingredients. I truly appreciate a fully disclosed label as this formula has been put together quite nicely. I do get a nice sweat from this as I can feel my body heating up as I begin my workout. I would love to keep this in my rotation year round to help me maintain my physique.
I dont know much about the red thermo burn but this version really gives me a noticeable cleaner enrgy
